• Validity: 12 Months from the date of purchase

• Limitations: Not valid on National Holidays, after hours, or weekends outside normal business hours
• Emergency Support: After-hours support is available for emergency situations at our standard rate (2hr min) if you have purchased pre-paid hours. Purchases of block hours at time of event are allowed, no penalty for wanting to hang on to your funds.
