Refund Policy
We do not accept returns for digital products, but refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:
✔ 7-Day Cancellation: You may cancel your purchase within 7 days for a full refund. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued, but you can cancel your subscription to prevent future charges.
✔ Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same product multiple times, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate transaction.
✔ Non-Delivery of Product: If you do not receive your purchased product within 24 hours and our support team confirms a delivery failure, you are eligible for a refund.
✔ Technical Incompatibility: If the software or service is proven to be incompatible with your system, and our technical support team confirms this issue, we will offer:
✔ Billing Errors: If you were incorrectly charged due to a system error or unauthorized transaction, we will investigate and issue a refund if applicable.
Non-Refundable Situations
🚫 Change of Mind: Refunds are not provided if you decide you no longer want the product after purchase.
🚫 Failure to Follow Installation Instructions: If the product does not work due to incorrect installation or setup that deviates from our provided instructions, no refund will be granted.
🚫 Third-Party Software Conflicts: We are not responsible for conflicts caused by other software installed on your device.
🚫 Subscription Renewals: Monthly or annual subscription renewals are non-refundable unless canceled before the renewal date.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund under the conditions above, follow these steps:

2️⃣ Provide Order Details: Include your order number, product details, and reason for the refund request.
3️⃣ Technical Review (if applicable): If the issue relates to incompatibility, our support team will assist you in troubleshooting first. If confirmed, we will process your refund.
4️⃣ Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
